Our Trainers are truly a blessing

NextLEVEL Leadership is blessed to have a cadre of trainers committed to our mission. Each individual has been trained using our Train-the-Trainer methodology and receives ongoing feedback and development to ensure they deliver the highest quality training possible. Our trainers bring a range of skill and expertise from both marketplace and ministry vocations.

Sandy Broad

Sandy became a facilitator with NextLEVEL Leadership after being one of the first to complete all four modules. She is an accomplished vocalist and currently Director of Worship and Communications at Forest Brook Community Church in Ajax, ON.

Ellen Duffield

Ellen is a wife, mom and grandmother. She is also the Director of The Leadership Studio at Muskoka Woods. With a  Masters of Arts in Management and Leadership, 30 years of experience, and an ongoing  international research project, Ellen is committed to the ongoing growth of Christian women leaders.

Cathie Ostapchuk

Cathie Ostapchuk, is a certified Myers Briggs© practitioner, and a graduate of the CREST Executive Leadership Program. With a background in the creative arts, she has produced large-scale innovative outreach events in addition to co-chairing the revival event Just Give Me Jesus in Toronto. Cathie has her Master’s degree in leadership and management.

Lynn Smith

Formerly the Dean of Students at Tyndale College and Seminary, Lynn has spoken in many countries with The World Evangelical Fellowship and Evangelical Fellowship of Canada. Lynn was the Lead for the Curriculum team for NextLEVEL Leadership and has authored the books Gender or Giftedness and Mentoring: Leaving a Legacy.

Judy King

Judy has a gift for teaching and has enjoyed leading Precept Bible Studies for many years. Her passion is to enable others to grow in their relationship with God, and NextLEVEL Leadership has been very helpful in her own journey. Judy currently co-owns and manages the administrative duties in her husband’s electrical contracting company.

Karen Ward

Karen is currently working in First Nations ministry with My People International and The North American Institute of Indigenous Theological Studies.  For many summers, Karen has operated a children’s summer program in a remote northern Reserve called Mishkeegogamang.  Karen enjoys facilitating NextLEVEL Leadership ONLINE.

Kellie Allen

Kellie Allen was fortunate to come to NextLEVEL Leadership early on in her life and career. As a Director of a small non-profit organization for over a decade, she found the tools invaluable for both work and personal situations. In her role of project leader for the ConneXions newsletter, Kellie is an enthusiastic asset to the NextLEVEL team.  She greatly enjoys facilitating NextLEVEL Online, and balances life as a mother of 2 preschoolers.
